Thinking of Selling?

Selling Process Simplified

1. Find Your Realtor

Hiring a good real estate agent can provide valuable guidance, market insights, and negotiation skills to help you save time and money while minimizing stress.

2. Sign Agreements

After selecting your real estate agent and coming to an agreement on the terms and price, you can proceed to sign the listing agreement and begin working together to complete all required seller disclosures.

3. Prepare Your Home For Sale

At this stage, it is recommended to make any essential repairs or upgrades to your home, schedule a pre-sale inspection if necessary, declutter and thoroughly clean the property, and consider staging the home to showcase its best features before listing it for sale.

4. Market Your Home

Once you have consulted with your real estate agent, they will arrange for a professional photographer to capture the best features of your home and start marketing it according to the agreed-upon plan. Marketing efforts can commence as soon as the agreement is signed.

5. Review & Sign Offer

Congratulations on receiving an offer for your home! You now have the option to accept, counter, or decline the offer before the escrow process begins upon signing. During this stage, disclosures will be sent out, and inspections will take place as necessary.

6. Closing Day

After completing property inspections, appraisal, meeting all the lender's requirements, and negotiating the terms, you will be ready to proceed with the final step of officially closing on your new home!
